The draw ceremony will take place on November 7, 2024 in Nyon, Switzerland.

21 teams will play in League C. Kazakhstan women's national team got into the third pot.

League C:

Pot 1: Slovakia, Azerbaijan, Malta, Israel, Kosovo, Luxembourg

Pot 2: Montenegro, Georgia, Bulgaria, Latvia, Faroe Islands, Armenia

Pot 3: North Macedonia, Estonia, Lithuania, Kazakhstan, Moldova, Cyprus.

Pot 4: Andorra, Gibraltar, Liechtenstein
