Nuno Alexandre Parreira de Castro Appointed UEFA Conference League Match Observer
Nuno Alexandre Parreira de Castro, Director of the Refereeing and Inspection Department of the Kazakhstan Football Federation, has been appointed to officiate the UEFA Conference League play-off qualifier between football clubs İstanbul Başakşehir (Turkey) and Universitatea Craiova (Romania).

The match will take place on August 21 in Istanbul at the Fatih Terim Başakşehir Stadium. Kick-off is at 22:45 Astana time.

The match observer is the official representative of UEFA and is responsible for assessing the performance of the referee team. Following the match, the observer prepares a detailed report, which is submitted to the relevant UEFA authorities.
