Kazakhstan women’s national team in Pot 2 for 2027 World Cup qualifying

Kazakhstan women’s national team to compete in 2027 FIFA Women’s World Cup qualifiers.

The draw for the 2027 FIFA Women’s World Cup qualifying stage will take place on 4 November in Nyon, Switzerland. Kazakhstan will compete in League C and has been placed in Pot 2.

League C pots:

Pot 1: Bosnia and Herzegovina, Hungary, Romania, Belarus, Croatia, Greece

Pot 2: Cyprus, Kosovo, Azerbaijan, Faroe Islands, Kazakhstan, Estonia

Pot 3: Lithuania, Armenia, Bulgaria, Moldova, North Macedonia, Georgia

Pot 4: Andorra, Liechtenstein, Gibraltar

A total of 21 national teams will take part in League C. The qualifying stage will be played in a group format, based on the results of the 2025 UEFA Women’s Nations League.

Kazakhstan will play six matches against their League C opponents. According to UEFA regulations, fixtures will take place during the following international windows:

Matchdays 1–2: 24 February – 7 March 2026

Matchdays 3–4: 7–18 April 2026

Matchdays 5–6: 1–9 June 2026
