Shymkent and Talgar to host UEFA Development Tournament matches

UEFA Development Tournaments are international competitions for youth national teams aimed at providing match experience and supporting the development of young players. Within these short-format tournaments, teams play several matches in conditions that closely replicate official competitions, helping players adapt to the international level and prepare for UEFA European Championship participation.

UEFA has once again entrusted the Kazakhstan Football Federation with hosting such tournaments. In Shymkent, the boys’ U16 tournament will feature the national teams of Kazakhstan, Russia, Azerbaijan and Pakistan. In Talgar, the girls’ U16 tournament will see Kazakhstan, Israel, Estonia and Uzbekistan compete.

All matches in Shymkent and Talgar will be broadcast live in full on the KFF TV YouTube channel.
