First-Ever UEFA Fitness B Coaching Course Kicks Off in Kazakhstan
The programme consists of four modules, each combining theoretical and practical parts. Between modules, participants complete assignments within their clubs and apply the acquired knowledge directly in their training environments.
“The introduction of the UEFA Fitness B licence in Kazakhstan is a very important and modern step for our football. The UEFA Fitness B licence opens new opportunities for Kazakhstan’s fitness coaches and allows specialists to work at an international level.
Today, we have access to a large amount of statistical data. Based on this information, we hope to contribute to improving work in this area in the future.
I expect the upcoming modules to include even more practical work because theory is one thing, while applying it in practice is completely different.
Our instructors are currently doing a great job, and during the practical sessions we receive a lot of useful information that we will aim to apply in our professional careers,” said Zhenis Arystan.
At the conclusion of the course, participants will take a final examination designed to assess the knowledge and practical skills gained throughout the programme.
The launch of the UEFA Fitness B course marks an important step in the development of Kazakhstan’s coaching education system. The programme is aimed at improving the quality of training for fitness specialists working in both professional and youth football.
