Kazakhstan U-19 senior coach Timur Kassymov reflected on his side's 3-1 victory over Serbia in UEFA European Under-19 Championship qualifying.

''First of all, I would like to congratulate the people of Kazakhstan on this victory.

Overall, the match unfolded very much as we had anticipated. I do not think the opposition surprised us in any way.

Naturally, we are very pleased with the result. I would like to emphasise that this victory was no fluke. It is the result of hard work, thorough analysis and the collective effort of our coaching staff and the entire team.

We needed this victory today. We are grateful to the Almighty for this result,'' said Kassymov.
