Historic Debut: Kazakhstani Club Set for First-Ever eChampions League Appearance
Kazakhstani eFootball scene has reached a historic milestone. The winner of the inaugural eKPL season, Daniyar Sharabdin, who represents FC Shakhter Karagandy under the nickname “DAN1K,” will become the first player from a Kazakhstan club to compete in the eChampions League.

The first stage of the tournament will take place on May 15–16 in Manchester, where Europe’s top players who qualified through national leagues and qualifiers will compete.

Daniyar Sharabdin will face representatives of some of Europe’s leading clubs:

Day 1 (May 15):

  • BONANNO (Manchester City F.C., England)
  • MILKALOVE (Holstein Kiel, Germany)
  • CHRIS DE BOER (AFC Ajax, Netherlands)

Day 2 (May 16):

  • DFERNANDES (Cádiz CF, Spain)
  • YULITE42 (Neftchi PFK, Azerbaijan)
  • LEVI DE WEERD (ES Troyes AC, France)

The tournament’s total prize pool stands at $281,000. Players who progress from the group stage in Manchester will advance to the finals in Budapest.
