KFF and Mirai Tech Introduce Modern Technologies into Football Player Development
The initiative, organised as part of a joint project between the KFF and Mirai Tech, is aimed at improving players’ physical readiness and reducing the risk of injuries.
Specialists used innovative sensor insoles to conduct a detailed biomechanical analysis of young footballers, including assessments of gait, running technique and movement asymmetry during changes of direction. Particular attention was given to a two-minute gait analysis and moderate-intensity running tests. This systematic approach will allow specialists to monitor players’ performance indicators throughout the season.
In addition, during the training camp, sports medicine physician Bekzhan Pirmakhanov delivered dedicated educational sessions for the players, focusing on the importance of an individual approach to recovery. The partnership between the KFF and Mirai Tech is aimed at expanding the use of modern scientific methods in Kazakhstani football.
