The Kazakhstan women's national team has secured a place in the play-offs of the European Qualifiers for the 2027 FIFA Women's World Cup.

Kazakhstan competed in Group C6 alongside Belarus and Armenia. After a closely contested campaign, Begaim Kyrgyzbayeva's side finished second in the group with seven points.

As one of the best second-placed teams in League C, Kazakhstan secured a place in the first round of the play-offs, keeping their hopes of qualifying for the 2027 FIFA Women's World Cup alive.

Armenia 1–1 Kazakhstan

Kazakhstan 1–0 Belarus
Belarus 1–0 Kazakhstan

The play-off draw will take place on 18 June in Nyon, Switzerland, where Kazakhstan's first-round play-off opponents will be determined.

The play-offs, scheduled for the autumn, will see teams from Leagues A, B and C compete for places at the 2027 FIFA Women's World Cup. Seven direct qualification spots and one place in the inter-confederation play-offs will be up for grabs.

The 10th edition of the FIFA Women's World Cup will be held in Brazil from 24 June to 25 July 2027. Thirty-two national teams will compete in the final tournament.
