UEFA B Coaching Course Module Concludes in Astana.
The latest module of the UEFA B coaching course has concluded in Astana. The programme is aimed at improving the qualifications of football coaches and developing modern coaching methods.

Over the course of four days, participants took part in both theoretical and practical sessions. The module covered a range of topics, including the organisation of the training process, the development of players' coordination skills, the structure and types of training sessions, as well as the principles of building and progressing attacking play in the first and second thirds of the pitch.

Particular attention was given to team interactions in different phases of the game. Coaches explored modern game models and ways of applying them within the training process.

The practical component was one of the key elements of the module. Participants designed training exercises, delivered sessions in small groups and received feedback from both instructors and fellow coaches.

This format helps participants consolidate theoretical knowledge, improve their planning, delivery and analysis of training sessions, and develop the competencies required for effective coaching of players.

At the conclusion of the module, participants reviewed their progress, reflected on the training process and identified key areas for further independent study.
